Esprit Montagne, nestled near the beautiful slopes of La Chapelle-d'Abondance, exceeded our expectations as a family-friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was perfect for our skiing adventures, with easy access to the La Pantiaz cable car just a short distance away. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated ski locker for each room, providing convenience and security for our equipment.

For dads, it would be great to have more quantity of food served.

Incredible stay! The room was comfy and peaceful, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The dinner was mind-blowing and such great value. The breakfast was super with tasty coffee. The location is perfect for hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.

Located in a dead end street, it is just a short walk to the La Pantiaz cable car, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. the breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day off right. the hotel even organizes fun activities like a night snow walk to a frozen waterfall.

While the rooms are cozy and comfortable, some guests have noted that the hotel could use better soundproofing.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a beautiful view and enough distance from the main road for a peaceful sleep. the breakfast served here is great, and they even have good coffee! the dinners are delicious and creative, offering a satisfying culinary experience.

Convenient location near ski lifts, with individual ski lockers using room key. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast and gourmet dinners at reasonable prices. Well-furnished lounge areas, including TV room, pool room/bar, sauna, and treatment room. Voted 2nd best in France on Zoover website.

We had a great stay during Easter at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with easy access to ski slopes and a quiet village. The skiing area was fantastic with excellent varied pistes, well-groomed and vast. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was very relaxing after a long day of skiing.

We felt that the breakfast was quite expensive and it was difficult to get a good choice if you arrived later. The service was also a bit slow at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The hotel facilities were great, including easy parking and access to a ski locker. The location in the French mountains was perfect, close to the La Pantiaz cable car and a frozen waterfall. The view from the dining room was also amazing.
